The modern and stylish design of the hotel impressed me, and my bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The reception team, especially a lovely and classy lady, were friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. There were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner, and I was delighted with the delicious breakfast options available, including a buffet and omelette station. Although I had some minor concerns, such as a small desk for work and the absence of a hand towel holder, they were overshadowed by the overall excellent services provided. I look forward to staying at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to others. a fantastic stay!

the location was perfect, situated next to a popular pedestrian street and close to the city center. We enjoyed exploring the vibrant atmosphere and found a great restaurant nearby that served delicious food. the room was stylish and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom featuring a touch screen mirror. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly cooked omelets. We also appreciated the attentive service and the special breakfast sandwich they made for us when we had to leave early. our experience at the hotel was exceptional.
The only minor issue we encountered was the absence of a bin in the room for easy tidying up. this was a negligible detail compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

The room at Hotel Opera was really comfortable, with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private bathroom. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I loved that the room had a desk and a safety deposit box. It made it easy for me to work and keep my belongings safe. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for some entertainment in the evenings. Some rooms even had a balcony, which was a nice touch to enjoy the view.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room to be a bit lacking. It could get a bit noisy at times.
